Public Vet Spay/Neuter Clinic

More information on financial assitance and rebates offered:

• Public vet offers a discount to those who qualify.
  When you register at www.pub.vet, there is a section for those that qualify for financial assistance through Public Vet. To receive the discount you must file for the public assistance they offer.
• BCAS is offering a rebate back to anyone who resides in the communities we serve.
  A rebate of $35 is offered to residents of Blackford County that reside in the areas we serve. Hartford City, Shamrock Lakes and County residents can receive the rebate.  This rebate is available to those who do not qualify for assistance with public vet and those that do receive a reduced price through Public Vet can also receive the rebate.  Montpelier residents do not qualify for the rebate because BCAS does not service your area.
• To receive your rebate:
  You must register your cat at www.pub.vet. You will pay for your services in full with Public Vet and after the surgery is completed you will need to contact Pam at 765-744-7891 to receive your rebate check for $35.  You will need to provide proof of using the Public Vet service and also provide proof that you reside in an area we service.
• BCAS is also offering FREE microchips!
  BCAS will microchip your cats for you at no charge as part of this spay/neuter event. Public Vet will not insert your chip for free so you will need to bring your kitty to the shelter for your cat to be chipped. You will need to show your paperwork from Public Vet that your cat was Spay/Neutered and also show your drivers license or a utility bill with your name showing your address is in the areas we serve. We can schedule your cat for the chip and to receive your rebate check at the same time by texting Pam at 765-744-7891
